The aim is to promote the culture of innovation and stimulate the adoption of open innovation models, encouraging the matching and collaboration of companies with startups and Innovative SMEs. The initiative is aimed at identifying a maximum of 5 innovative companies to entrust with the creation of a Proof of Concept (PoC), i.e. prototype projects based on the adoption of innovative solutions, capable of satisfying specific needs in the areas of Digitalization and Sustainability identified in an analysis of the tourism-hotel sector in the first phase of the initiative.
